Keep your kids strong and fit with our after school classes. These programmes are catered to young kids and teens and include elements of our Functional Fit classes.
We believe our kids benefit from fitness classes physically, and mentally. They're at the influential age where their brains are sponges! We help develop their engagement, capacity to move as well as body awareness through physical activity, developing the relationship between the body and mind. Their bodies are still growing, so our programmes aim to safely build their strength and fitness (without disrupting their natural growth). |
Youth classes 8-12yrs+
We target functional movements that contribute to developing their body awareness and movement patterns, while safely building strength and cardio fitness. We don’t have age restrictions to our youth programme rather what fits for your child’s ability/capacity. |
